TTC fare capping begins Sept. 1
Beginning in September, a new program will see TTC passengers only charged for their first 47 rides each month. The mayor says the number will drop to 40 rides next year, but the cost of that isn't known, nor is if it actually happens with an upcoming election. Matthew Bingley reports.
