Visionary Founders Summit 2026 highlights practical AI adoption for Phl startups
As artificial intelligence accelerates at a breakneck pace, startup founders and entrepreneurs are grappling less with whether the technology works and more with a fundamental dilemma: where to begin.
That challenge took center stage at the Visionary Founders Summit 2026, held at Ascott Makati. The event drew business leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs from the Philippines and Singapore to discuss innovation, entrepreneurship, and practical AI integration.
Organized by My Little Big Boss in partnership with Hashmeta AI and ZBiz Solutions, the summit shifted away from software pitches toward actionable strategies for everyday business operations.
Industry leaders shared insights across multiple sectors.
Terrence Ngu of Hashmeta AI and Business+AI Singapore addressed shifts in digital marketing and search driven by AI, while Ehden Pelaez of ZBiz Solutions outlined practical applications in customer relationship management (CRM) automation, search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and answer engine optimization (AEO).
Additional perspectives came from Dave Ng of PolyGO Waste, who discussed sustainability and the circular economy; Kate Osmillo of Raion Manila, who focused on customer-centric business models; and June Tan Su Ai of June’s Pet House, who shared lessons on entrepreneurial resilience. Gabriel Tay of My Little Big Boss emphasized the importance of developing future-ready skills.
Organizers noted an unexpectedly high turnout. While initial projections anticipated 30 to 50 participants, 85 attendees filled the venue to capacity, maintaining high engagement through interactive Q&A and networking sessions.
The summit's core message for business owners centered on accessibility: mastering every facet of AI is unnecessary to begin implementation. Instead, success often hinges on reliable information, collaborative networks, and taking the first step.
