What exactly is AI+? SIU leader discusses new degree program in Artificial Intelligence

This fall, SIU will be the first public university in Illinois to offer a bachelor of science degree in Artificial Intelligence +. The program is one of a few across the country where students earn a degree in AI combined with a minor focusing on the application of the technology.

Frank Liu, SIU's Dean for the College of Engineering, Computing, Technology, and Mathematics, and Henry Hexmoor, professor of computer science join WSIU to discuss how the program will operate and what opportunities this will provide for students.
