What's up with these spotty leaves?
Tar spot, an unsightly fungus, is attacking some tree leaves in the province and making parts of the region look more like mid-October than mid-August. The weather has also been a factor. But as the CBC's Preston Mulligan reports, the infection will have no effect on the trees' health.
