Abhijeet Dipke Slams Politics of Fear at CJP Delhi Rally
New Delhi — Addressing a massive wave of young supporters at Jantar Mantar on Saturday, Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke launched a fierce attack against what he called the politics of “fear” and “communal division.”
Dipke, who arrived at Delhi Airport’s Terminal 3 before heading straight to the protest site at noon, questioned whether a decade of communal politics had generated any actual employment for the youth.
The CJP leader shared a deeply personal moment about his return to India on this sultry afternoon.
“My mother did not cry as much when I left for the US as she did when I returned,” Dipke told the crowd. “For the last few days, my mother and sister wept, fearing that authorities would throw me behind bars upon my return.”
He alleged that this anxiety extends far beyond his own household, claiming that every mother in India now fears imprisonment for any student or youth who speaks out against the current government.
Holding a copy of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar’s autobiography, Dipke kicked off a speech that leaned heavily on political inclusivity. The swelling crowd of young demonstrators repeatedly chanted slogans of “Bharat Mata ki Jai,” “Jai Bhim,” and “Inquilab Zindabad,” alongside defiant cries of “nahin darenge” (we will not fear). The crowd raised only the Indian Tricolour and portraits of Ambedkar.
The demonstration faced brief friction when a smaller counter-protest group tried to enter the venue. Raising anti-CJP slogans, the counter-protesters loudly alleged that the Gen Z-driven movement is an anti-India ploy designed to trigger a foreign-style regime change, similar to recent upheavals in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, or Nepal.
