ACMA Outcome of EME Component of Spectrum Licence Tax
Following earlier consultation, ACMA has made the Radiocommunications (Spectrum Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2026 (No. 1) to update the EME Component of the spectrum licence tax to $2,217,676.06 for 2026–27. This is consistent with the change proposed in the consultation paper.
