Ten Promising Startups in AI and Logistics JoinConnecting with Investors and Building Networks in New York

The Consulate General of Korea in New York and the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) have begun building a local network to support Korean startups in entering the U.S. market and attracting investment.

On the 29th (local time), the "2026 New York K-Startup Forum" was held at the Korean Cultural Center New York, where Korean startups in fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, bio, and logistics participated to present their business models and growth strategies to U.S. investors and local stakeholders.

This event was organized to help Korean startups meet investors in the U.S. market and build networks with local government and corporate officials. Among the participating companies, the business strategies of the AI software startup EON and logistics startup Teladia attracted particular attention.

EON introduced technology in which its AI agent analyzes repetitive work, allowing already verified tasks to be executed without running them through large language models (LLMs) again. The company explained that this approach reduces token costs and processing time associated with repeated LLM calls, while improving consistency and reliability of results.

As the use of AI agents spreads and companies face increasing cost pressures, EON's core strategy is to convert repetitive work into programmatic processes for enhanced efficiency. EON also revealed its long-term vision to build a new software layer that bridges LLMs and AI applications.

Teladia outlined its plan to expand its ‘green digital forwarding’ business in the U.S. market, building on its existing logistics visibility services.

The company plans to launch its digital forwarding service in the U.S., then expand to create a logistics network connecting Korea and Europe, and subsequently enter other major trade corridors. Teladia set a goal to achieve $40 million in sales by 2029 through this expansion.

An investor who attended the event commented, "It is even more meaningful to provide opportunities for networking between promising startups and investors," adding, "To actually attract investment, it is necessary to demonstrate technological excellence and vision."

Meanwhile, the Consulate General and KOSME intend to continue supporting Korean startups’ entry into the U.S. market through ongoing connections with investors and cooperation with local institutions.
