ServiceNow acquires Israeli AI startup Sweep in deal estimated at hundreds of millions
The acquisition adds another Israeli company to ServiceNow’s rapidly expanding AI portfolio and comes less than two months after its purchase of ai.work. Sweep has raised $46 million in disclosed funding and builds AI agents that can work across enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce and HubSpot.
